Well actually I am writing this on day five as I forgot all about it yesterday.
Yesterday was actually not a terrible food day. I did however wake up with a fucker of a head cold, I felt like death so I ended up not going to hydro therapy or to the gym for that matter. As it was I ended up sleeping until 12.30pm. It didn't help, I still felt like crap for most of the day.
Anyway, breakfast was total comfort food. I had two slices of toast with butter and a bowl of chilli EasyMac. Not that it really mattered as I could barely taste it and normally the Chilli EasyMac is really flavoursome (for convenience food). I didn't have lunch but did have a bottle of orange juice. Figured I would try and pump my body full of Vitamin C to knock this cold out of me, didn't work. Earlier in the day, before I went out to hang with Michael, I threw a total bitch fit at my clothes. I decided that it was all crap, more to the point I had a wardrobe full of clothing but nothing to wear. I eventually settled on an outfit then headed out.
I got to Station and decided I wanted to buy a new top, ended up getting a really cute jumper. Its all asymetrical, it's funky and man it keeps me warm.
So hung for a bit at Station, then headed to the RSL for Trivia and dinner. Dinner was a 250g Rib fillet, rare with veg and chips and my sauce on the side. It was delicious. Had another big glass of orange juice, it didn't help. Treated myself to a thick slice of Banana Bread which I actually shared with Michael. Also bought myself a white Russian cocktail. After dinner and trivia, I gambled a little on the pokie (puggie) machines. I put twenty in and i got twenty back. Not bad.
So it wasn't a terrible food day yesterday, nor was it a very good one. I think it probably felt worse because a)I'm sick and b)I didn't go to the gym. If I had went to the gym I wouldn't have felt bad about having the cocktail or the banana bread.
I will update tonight with day fives progress, ie today.
Anyway, that's enough of that.
