Oh before I continue, the reason I have marked this blog as having adult content is because I am liable to swear and may even post a pic or two of progress. These pictures will be of me in A bra and underwear as this is the best way for the reader to see progress.
Anyhoo. Today I had no breakfast, I was running behind on time so ran out the door. For Lunch I had a medium sized panini with chicken, pesto and sundried tomato on it, with a litre bottle of water. I have had no caffeine today which I am quite impressed with. And I went to the gym after work tonight. I only went for like 35 minutes, but I am starting slowly because not only am I trying to get fit but the gym is to help me build up my foot strength again and I don't want to damage myself. So I worked out on the treadmill and on the exercise bike. While I was waiting for my lift home, I was doing my physio stretches and it felt amazing. Seriously progress just from one gym session, especially on my knee to wall stretch.
Got home, had a bit of a tiff with Garth, but tis all good we sorted it pretty quickly. We talk about everything and don't let arguments stew.
I wasn't so good on the food front when I got home. I ate like half a can of chocolate wafer things, you know the ones you would use to decorate an ice cream sundae. They were minty. For dinner I had a pie with some easy mac, mostly cos there is nothing in the fridge and couldn't be bothered defrosting anything. It was convenient. Dessert was a skinny cow ice cream, the one I was meant to have last night but never.
Incidentally its cold in this house.
Am currently fighting off the urge to munch a whole bag of Red Rock Deli chips. I think before bed tonight I will make up a decent lunch that I can grab and take to work.
Must phone my physio tomorrow morning to find out when my next appointment is, cos I have forgotten.
Anyway, that's enough of that.
